Project Management
Once a client approves of our design and proposal, our team starts preparing the project for implementation. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned and then a full statement of work is prepared and signed off by the client. Key elements such as deadlines, construction coordination, and scheduling are determined and then the implementation team is deployed.
During the entire project, our Project Manager provides consistent communication amongst the key teams and ensures that all of the details of the project are looked after.
