Once a client approves of our design and proposal, our team starts preparing the project for implementation. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned and then a full statement of work is prepared and signed off by the client. Key elements such as deadlines, construction coordination, and scheduling are determined and then the implementation team is deployed.

During the entire project, our Project Manager provides consistent communication amongst the key teams and ensures that all of the details of the project are looked after.

We believe that one of the key elements to successful implementation is in the system design.

The CC ICare team carefully prepares a comprehensive design based on our site assessment. We undertake numerous interviews with all key stakeholders along with having our technical team review the physical requirements.

This design becomes the basis of where we provide a detailed financial proposal.

It does not matter what type of technology you implement today, the solution has little value if it has not been installed properly or your people have not been trained on how to use it to their advantage.

There are several ways we coordinate training depending on what our clients require. Initially we provide pre-installation training that is a high level overview on how to use the application and allow the users to get a feel on how the system will benefit them is given.

Once the project is complete, we provide a more detailed training program that is scheduled in key groups (management, general users, etc). This hands-on training really allows the users to truly understand how they will use the technology every day.

Follow up training is provided by request and customized training programs are available.

The actual physical installation is done by factory certified technicians who work closely with our Director of Outside Operations. We ensure that our teams are prepared to execute the installation in a timely manner.
