In 1993, Darren established Communication Connection Inc. in Alberta with his wife and co-owner Teresa. Their vision was of a company that would create and supply high quality communication solutions while also supporting and enriching the communities it serviced. An extensive background in communications, including 4 years at N.A.I.T. for Telecommunication Electrician Apprentice plus 13 years as a TELUS Telecommunication Electrician, proved to be the perfect base on which to build Communication Connection. Under Darren's leadership the company now has 3 locations serving over 1500 customers throughout Western Canada. Darren has maintained his commitment to his staff and the communities in which they live. He is a dedicated father to his three children and an active member of Vancouver Island business, sports and charitable communities.

In 1993, Teresa established Communication Connection Inc. in Alberta with her husband and co-owner Darren. Teresa background in Business Management and Business Development along with her positive approach to business and life make her a pleasure to work with. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys watching and participating in a variety of team sports and has volunteered in many different capacities within community. She is a proud mom of three wonderful adult children and cherishes every opportunity to spend time with family and friends.

Jay Hauca has been Director of Operations and proud Communication Connection team member since 2005. He is a passionate father of three and when he's not spending time with his kids or walking on the beach with his beautiful wife you can find him on the ice at the local hockey rink twice a week.

As Director of Customer Care for Communication Connection, Michelle's enthusiastic nature, caring disposition and commitment shines through with clients. After having lived in various cities throughout the Mainland and Vancouver Island, Michelle moved to Nanaimo in 1994 where she met and married her husband Steve and started a family. Together they enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Harbour City and spend their spare time camping and hiking all over Vancouver Island. Michelle has worked with the Communication Connection team since 2006 and is looking forward to her future with the growing company.

Since joining Communication Connection in 2010, Lisa has played an essential role in providing the outstanding customer service Communication Connection is renowned for. As the Customer Care Representative, Lisa has been able to fully utilize both her technical training, and customer care experience to provide Communication Connections clients with exceptional service. In Lisa's spare time, she enjoys most outdoor sports and activities, as well as spending time with her husband and two adorable children.

As financial coordinator for Communication Connection, Michelle enjoys being an integral part of this forward thinking company. She maintains a goal of always striving to learn and grow both professionally and personally. Michelle began her career with Communication Connection in 2007 and brought with her a vast array of knowledge and experience developed from a diverse background ranging from sales to bookkeeping to tourism and real estate. Michelle believes that, "the level of respect, fairness, and generosity fostered from within the company is passed forth to our clients. Our continued success is surely a result of all these things."

Lance's experience in the communication industry began in Spruce Grove, Alberta at the tender age of 18 when he joined Alberta Government Telephones (now Telus). Now, 30 years later and still in the industry, Lance prides himself on being able to provide the best technology solutions for any client. In his own words "there are NO dumb questions" and providing a top level of customer service to every Communication Connection client is a priority.

Davis comes to the Communication Connection with some highly sought after skills gained from both education and experience. Graduating at the top of his class from BCIT, Davis began his career with a telecommunications company in the British Columbia interior. He joined Communication Connection. Today Davis primarily oversees the installation and service of the Communication Connection CC ICare nurse call systems on large project sites. Originally from Lake Cowichan, Davis splits his time between Vancouver Island and the mainland. His friendly, outgoing personality and strong work ethic have strengthened the Communication Connection team as well as our customer relationships.
